How Swimmers Ear Occurs

Basically, the submersions of the ear canal in any body of water leaves one prone to swimmer’s ear. But, the condition occurs most commonly in swimming pools, baths, and other places with excessive moisture. If you are typically privy to the development of eczema, seborrhea, or skin damage in the air canal, then you are prone to swimmer’s ear, as well. Also, certain chemicals found in hair sprays, and cleaning products can trigger the condition, especially if they attach to cotton balls.
